Coaches will try to work with players to evaluate and develop an off-season weight program that will best meet the needs and training requirements of each player. In addition to developing individual workout plans, Coaches discuss proper technique, and equipment use.<strong>\u00a0Remember:\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Homeschoolers can apply weight training &amp; other off-season activities\u00a0towards\u00a0a high school PE CLASS CREDIT!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>WHERE &amp; WHEN:<\/strong> Varies depending upon players and location and resources.\u00a0 Players can work out at home, at a local gym, or with friends. In an effort to minimize off-season expenses for players and families, the team is constantly looking for\u00a0 low-cost options for weight training and families need to make a decision on what is best for your family. Options are available, find one that works for you.\u00a0 Gym locations vary depending upon where players live. Skills, Drills and fun football (no tackle) to give younger homeschooled boys an opportunity to learn and play football.\u00a0Training\u00a0 is at the team&#8217;s home field, behind the Rock Building at\u00a0<a title=\"Contact Information\" href=\"https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/?page_id=74\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">8730 Sudley Rd, Manassas, VA 20112<\/a>.
