Wayne was recruited by several universities and played football at James Madison University. Wayne earned a doctorate in engineering from the University of Virginia, and has degrees from James Madison University, The University of Central Florida, and the US Army War College.\u00a0 He and his wife Amy have four children and currently live in Manassas, Virginia, and are members of Manassas Baptist Church. \u00a0Wayne is currently the CEO of a robotics and technology company and also works extensively with NATO in Europe. Wayne is the first President of the Eastern Christian Conference of which the Centurions are proud members. He has experience as an Athletic Director and Head Coach for high school homeschool football and desires to provide high school sports opportunities for all homeschoolers.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Boice.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3090 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Boice.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"194\" height=\"194\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Boice.jpg 288w, https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Boice-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 194px) 100vw, 194px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vice President:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:vpnvhaa@gmail.com\">Randy Boice<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Randy Boice graduated from Clarkson University, is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia, and is a Vice President at T3 Design Corporation in charge of their Traffic Engineering and Intelligent Transportation Systems practice in the mid-Atlantic region.\u00a0 When he is not working his paying job, he is actively involved in helping NVHAA, fishing in the Occoquan, biking around Prince William County or along the C&amp;O Canal,\u00a0or fashioning his latest creation in his wood workshop.\u00a0 \u00a0Randy played basketball and baseball through college and beyond, has coached youth league baseball and basketball, and has assisted with his son\u2019s football programs throughout his son&#8217;s career which\u00a0included the first NVHAA Football team.\u00a0\u00a0He was the first NVHAA Varsity Boys Basketball Coach and Program Director and currently serves as the NVHAA Vice President and Bus Coordinator.\u00a0\u00a0He believes that we are to be examples through Christ for our children as they ascend to adulthood.\u00a0\u00a0He is excited to continue to be part of this organization to offer athletic opportunities to all who would not otherwise have these opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spiritual Director:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:sdnvhaa@gmail.com\">Jim Judkins<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jim Judkins graduated from Auburn University in 1988. \u00a0He was a Huey Pilot with the Marine <a href=\"https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG_8787-1.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3093 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG_8787-1-161x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"161\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG_8787-1-161x300.jpeg 161w, https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG_8787-1-549x1024.jpeg 549w, https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG_8787-1-768x1433.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG_8787-1-823x1536.jpeg 823w, https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG_8787-1-1098x2048.jpeg 1098w, https:\/\/nvhaacenturions.tempbuilds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG_8787-1.jpeg 1290w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 161px) 100vw, 161px\" \/><\/a>Corps for 20 years, before settling in the Northern Virginia area. He currently works with RASco, an engineering firm in Woodbridge. \u00a0Jim has been married to Heather Judkins for 24 years and has four children (Caleb, Joshua, Phoebe, and Abigail). Jim started playing High School Football (and Soccer) in Okinawa Japan, playing Tackle, Center and Guard (Offense and Defense). \u00a0He walked on to Auburn Football during the winter quarter of his\u00a0freshman year. \u00a0Jim has coached many teams of soccer and flag football for leagues in Okinawa, FL, GA and NC. \u00a0Jim has several years of coaching at the high school football level. In addition to providing Christian mentorship, Jim&#8217;s goals include teaching the basics of form and strength to conform to the Head Coach&#8217;s goals. She has been married to her husband and NVHAA AD, Bryan Casey, for 26 years and is the proud mother of six children, whom she has faithfully homeschooled for many years.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"463\" data-end=\"787\">In addition to her role as a wife, mother, and former homeschool teacher, Charity serves as a Marketing Director of Sales and Brand Growth at the Fair Lakes Chick-fil-A, where she combines leadership, strategy, and service in a fast-paced business environment. Her professional experience is complemented by a deep commitment to ministry, family, and community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Charity currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of NVHAA, where she provides organizational leadership and operational oversight in support of homeschool families and student-athletes. Bryan attended and graduated Radford University where he met the second love (Jesus is the first) of his life, Charity Casey. The LORD has blessed Bryan and Charity with six children (Mackenzie, Sydney, Caleb, India, Nehemiah, and Saniyah) and have been part of the home school community since 2007. Bryan and Charity have been members of NVHAA since 2017 with their children participating on the NVHAA Volleyball, Football, Track and Field, Cross Country, Lacrosse and Basketball Teams. Bryan&#8217;s extensive experience and service with NVHAA&#8217;s sports programs, includes serving as the Varsity Boys Basketball Head Coach for two years and assistant on the Junior Varsity Basketball for two years. Bryan and Charity are active members of Community Bible Church in Manassas, VA, where Bryan also serves as an Elder, Treasurer, and Youth Group Leader. Bryan works for a company whose focus is providing geospatial software and services to the Federal Government. Prior to homeschooling, she worked at a local, private Christian school. When not schooling or driving her children to activities, she volunteers with various ministries at her church including Sunday School assistant, nursery, kitchen ministry, meals, and more. She also works part-time at Janson Communications, a Christian owned company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Board Emerita:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"144\" data-end=\"395\">Amy grew up in London, UK, and Falls Church, Virginia. Over the past thirty-two years, she and her family have moved more than eighteen times. In addition to homeschooling for over twenty-one years, Amy volunteers extensively in church, community, homeschool, and Army-related activities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"1166\">As a founding member of the Northern Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association (NVHAA), Amy served in numerous leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Athletic Director, Secretary, Coach, and any other position needed.
